Refund and Return Policy
1. SMS Lofts Inc. (herein after referred to as "SMS INC.") reserves the right to review and approve or refuse and deny any returns. SMS INC. will work with customers to find mutually acceptable solutions for any issues. Should a return item be approved, it will be shipped free of charge for designated birds and customers will only be responsible for shipping and box cost.
2. SMS INC. may charge up to a total of 25% restocking, handling, labor, cancellation fees, etc, on any refunds and or returns.
3. SMS INC. will not accept returns or provide any refunds under the following conditions:
o Purchases more than six months prior to the arrival of the returned birds at SMS INC.
o Birds that are sick, damaged or noticeably deteriorated in quality to the extent that they are not suitable for resale. This will be determined upon inspection of the returned items to SMS INC.
o Returns should be accompanied with the invoice or proof of payment provided at time of purchase.
4. Refunds will be provided after approval by SMS INC. Refunds may be provided as:
(a) credited to an existing account; or
(b) paid by check or money order; or
(c) credited to a credit card. Refund process may take 6 to 8 weeks.
5. These rules may be updated without notice.
